Bermuda Dental Studio’s Remake Policy:
- Appliances are constructed according to the specifications provided on the laboratory work ticket. However, Bermuda Dental Studio is not responsible for the suitability of those specifications.
- Bermuda Dental Studio reserves the right to charge for the remaking of an appliance that has become necessary due to dentist error.
- Any products that require a remake must be returned to Bermuda Dental Studio within 30 working days from the invoice date. If, after the remake, the product still does not meet the guaranteed standard, it must be returned within 30 working days from receipt by The Client. A account credit refund will be issued upon its receipt by Bermuda Dental Studio.
- In the case of a remake that involves a difference in shade, a cost will be incurred. However, this cost will not exceed the original cost of the order.
- If the returned appliance contains precious or semi-precious alloy, Bermuda Dental Studio will charge 40% of the original alloy cost incurred (excluding the cost incurred due to the loss of product during the manufacturing process).
- A dental appliance that fits the master model poured from the original impression supplied by the dentist and is created according to the prescription's specification, but subsequently needs to be remade, is not considered a remake.
- By fitting an appliance, the dentist accepts that Bermuda Dental Studio has produced it to the specification and satisfaction of the dentist.
