- Click on "Log a Case" to access the login page.

Step 2: Access the Case Submission Page
- After logging in, Click on "New Order" to start logging a new case.
Step 3: Enter Patient Name
- In the provided field, enter the patient's full name (first and last name).
Step 4: Select a Product
- Click on the product icon. This will open a popup window with a detailed list of products along with pricing.
Step 5: Provide Case Details
- Product Specifications:
- Choose the appropriate product from the list based on your case requirements.
- Select any specific design preferences, materials, and other specifications related to that product.
- Special instructions or considerations can go in the notes section
Step 6: Upload Images or Scans
- Upload any relevant images or scans by clicking the “Files” button:
Step 7: Review Estimated Return Date
- Note the estimated lab return date provided by the portal based on current capacity and the complexity of the case.
Step 8: Submit the Case
- Click the “Send” button to log the case.
- A confirmation screen will appear, providing you with the option to print your lab script
